Unlike many institutions of similar stature, regular EE and CS faculty teach the vast majority of our courses, and the most exceptional teachers are often also the most exceptional researchers. The department’s list of active teaching faculty includes eight winners of the prestigious Berkeley Campus Distinguished Teaching Award.
