Yun S. Song
I am an assistant professor in EECS and Statistics. I joined the faculty at UC Berkeley in 2007. I received the BS degrees in mathematics and physics from MIT, and a PhD in physics from Stanford University in 2001. Shortly after my PhD, I switched fields to computational biology and mathematical population genetics.I am a member of the Center for Computational Biology and the Center for Theoretical Evolutionary Genomics at UC Berkeley.
