Education and Research Interests

    I am currently a M.S. student in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and Ph. D. student in Applied Science and Technology Program at University of California, Berkeley. I received the B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Tsing-Hua University, Taiwan in 2005 and the M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2008. I was a research assistant in Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University from 2009 to 2010.

    My research interests include the development of wide-bandgap material (SiC, AlN, ZnO, and GaN) based sensors, transistors and interface circuits and optical receivers for harsh environment applications.
