Welcome to my webpage! I am Varun Jog, currently a 5th year Ph.D student in the Electrical Engineering Department at UC Berkeley. I am advised by Professor Venkat Anantharam. I work on problems in information theory. I'm interested in the connections between convex geometry and information theory, particularly in inequalities within these areas. I'm also interested in optimal transport, and its possible connections to information theory. |
