I'm moving to the University of Arizona!

I have accepted a faculty job in the ECE Department at the University of Arizona, in Tucson.

Details

The position is in the ECE Department, and I expect to work on embedded software, with applications in embedded autonomous systems.

When am I going?

I begin my position on January 1, and I will be on leave at UC Berkeley until the middle of May, finishing up some tasks that I was unable to leave behind at this stage.

Why am I delaying getting there?

The biggest reason is that the Berkeley side of the Berkeley-Sydney Driving Team will still need some leadership until the middle of May, and since I took on this task, I was reluctant to push it on to someone else. During the spring, I will be an employee of UC Berkeley, but my academic affiliation will be with U of A, meaning that I am an Arizona professor on leave to Berkeley.
