Sylvania tubes usually have painted IDs, but some have etched IDs that look similar to GE's.  Unlike GE, there is no grid of dots underneath.  Sylvania's ID paint is gold-colored and is much more durable than their logo paint.  Painted IDs often include european or industrial tube designations.  Logo paint may be white or red.
