I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, Berkeley. I work with
Michael I. Jordan in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Previously, I was a post-doc with David Blei in the Department of Computer Science at Princeton University.

I received the B.S.E. '04, M.S. '07 and Ph.D. '10 in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Duke University. My Ph.D. advisor was
Lawrence Carin.

I work in the field of machine learning. My research interests include developing Bayesian nonparametric models for dictionary learning and topic modeling.
