Research Interests
I am a fifth year graduate student in the Device Group in the
EECS
department at the
University of California, Berkeley .
My research interests lie in the area of seminconductor devices and processing.I worked on simulating, designing and fabricating a novel low read voltage NAND flash cicruit for my masters and am currently working on fabrication and process integration of novel band to band tunnelling devices for low power applications.My research advisor is Professor Chenming HU .
