- If the survey has lasting importance, export a copy to xls/csv (Microsoft Excel or comma-separated values) and keep it in the appropriate place on the \\project\chair share.
- You may not collect social security numbers or other SB 1386-protected data. If you require this information for a valid reason, please contact Jan Pardoe.

If you maintain a web page and would like to conduct a poll from that page, consider using micropoll -
Shared Surveys
Many of the faculty already use Google Docs so that might be the best choice if you need to collaborate with them on your survey.
