Bechtel Engineering Center
- Rooms 120A (Dietrich), 120B (Bently) and 120C (Steele) are located on the 1st floor. They can be reserved either alone or in combination (e.g. 120AB). Each holds 30, together 90.

Sibley Auditorium, located on the 2nd floor,
seats 250.
All requests to reserve Sibley Auditorium must be submitted on a completed Bechtel Reservation Request Form. - The Garbarini Lounge is a gathering space in the 2nd floor lobby.

McLaughlin Hall
The Engineering TV Classroom is located in 203 McLaughlin Hall.

The technical staff who operate this room are from a unit in Dwinelle Hall called Educational Technology Services (ETS). They charge for their time and expertise. Dave Kapsiak is the technical specialist in charge of the room, and he will assign an operator to whatever project you might want to schedule in that room, and would let you know the cost of the services you might want rendered. He can also answer any questions you may have about the room's capabilities as a television classroom.
COE has first right of use for scheduling McLaughlin rooms. The best way to make reservations for rooms in McLaughlin is to send mail to Pam Atkinson and cc: both Isabel Blanco and Dave Kapsiak. Please provide three choices of times that are acceptable to you.
