Prototype Sequence Modeling Toolkit (Prototypes)

The Prototype Sequence Modeling Toolkit (PSMT) is a software package that allows for the creation of arbitrary sequence models which only requires un-annotated text in addition to a prototype file. A prototype file is a high-level declaration of the set of labels of for the model as well as prototypical examples of those labels.
