We study the role of common randomness in creating desired joint probability distributions at multiple agents. Of particular interest is the situation where the joint distribution needs to be created *exactly*, e.g. in game theoretic situations, where this is used to randomize against an adversary (in which case any inexactness in realizing the distribution might provide a strategic advantage to the adversary).
