This groups seeks to perform innovative research in semiconductor devices with potential for large impact. Active projects include low-power MOSFET alternatives such as the tunneling transistor and MEMS switch, nanowire and carbon-nanotube devices, spintronics, memory devices,energy conversion devices, multigate MOSFET, and BSIM series of comapct models for IC simulation.
