CubeSats are miniature satellites, with limited space and power. I discuss the CINEMA CubeSat being designed at the UCB Space Sciences Lab, the choosing of a processor, the laying out of the data flows, a variety of techniques used to increase data rates between processor and peripherals, and the intricacies of interfacing with SD card flash memory.
