For those of you who have not heard, thanks to the Alumni Association and the Office of the Registrar, undergraduate students on the spring degree list will be receiving their diplomas in the mail for free. IST is working on opening up the diploma mailing address on Bearfacts for degree expected students to enter the address in which they would like the diploma mailed. Once the address is available, we will be sending email to the students asking for the address. The email will only be going to students who have not previously given us an address when they requested to bill the fee to CARS. If an address is not supplied by the July 25th deadline, we will mail the diploma to the permanent home address. This is only for undergraduates at this time. Graduate students will still need to pay for mailing of the diploma. Hopefully, we will be able to offer this service to all graduates in the future. For those undergraduate students who have paid to have the diploma mailed through CARS, the fee will be refunded. Bearfacts is now open to accept the diploma address for all undergraduates on the spring degree list. You should have received an email from the Registrar's Office if you did not supply a mailing address previously to them.

Description:
The Student Partners Program is an elite job opportunity offered to technology-enthusiastic students. Individuals that take part in this Microsoft student representative program understand and are passionate about Microsoft technologies and platforms. Traditionally these representatives major in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, and Information Technology, but all majors are welcome to apply. Participating students share their knowledge and influence others by organizing a number of on-campus activities including technical presentations, and by increasing product awareness on campus.
