PARAMETER EXTRACTION PROGRAM FOR BSIM2 1.0

This software is dedicated to the BSIM2 software for extracting the BSIM2 parameters used in SPICE3F2. Measurements are made on devices to extract BSIM2 (SPICE3F2, Level 5 ) model parameters. All strong-inversion and weak-inversion drain current and output resistance parameters can be extracted.
