Labs Day

The Berkeley Labs Day panel has the objectives of:

• Creating a forum for existing research Labs in the Berkeley area
• Exposing other companies to the ideas that led to the establishment of the existing labs to see whether some new Labs make sense
• Grouping faculty and students together to share their experiences and gather their interest in Berkeley centered research Labs

The panel discussion features representatives of the research labs in Berkeley, discussing the goals, opportunities, operation modes, challenges, and potential pitfalls.

The panel will be held on Thursday, September 20 from 3-5 pm in Sibley Auditorium in the Bechtel Engineering Center, with a reception following.

This event is open to Berkeley EECS students and faculty, and representatives of companies interested in setting up labs in Berkeley.
