May Su

Vice President/General Manager, Aviza Technology

Ms. May Su is currently the Vice President/General Manager at Aviza Technology with responsibility for the Thermal and ALD Business Units. She has worked in the semiconductor capital equipment industry since 1981. May has over 10 years experience with KLA-Tencor in positions of design, marketing and executive management. She also spent over 12 years with Lam Research in various positions including engineering, marketing, sales, and general management. May has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University, a master's degree in mechanical engineering from UC Berkeley, and a MBA degree from Santa Clara University.
