I received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering) from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2007 - Hook’em! - and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California Berkeley in May 2010.

I'm very interested in innovation and entrepreneurship and helped found a CS entrepreneurs group at Berkeley. I have a certificate in Management of Technology from the Haas School of Business.  I also teach for a program called the Technovation Challenge designed to teach high school girls mobile app development and business skills to build their confidence and generate excitement about careers in tech.

In my spare time, I try to spend as much time as possible doing athletic activities - I regularly ski, golf, play soccer, hike, kayak, and I'm learning to surf.  Also, I'm a pretty serious foodie and love trying new restaurants and wines.
